Burlington, MA, based Veracode made its debut on Monday with an announcement that the company raised $19.5mn in VC funding from .406 Ventures, Atlas Ventures and Polaris Venture Partners and also includes “strategic investors” Symantec [SYMC] and Macrovision [MVSN].
